Ho'oponopono
(to make right)
This ancient Hawaiian practice has been used by the Kahuna (Mystic Healers) for centuries.
- Close your eyes and take a few gentle clearing breaths, like sighing, now imagine anyone or anything; a troubling memory, a fear or worry that you would like to heal or make peace with.
- Now repeat the following with prayerful loving intention (can be done silently in the mind, spoken aloud or in front of a mirror)
