Our bodyworkers are all trained in the powerful Ka Huna massage, healing principles and specialise in Huna therapy.

- A gentle physical exercise program, yoga and meditations to wake up the body, mind and soul. This helps free the mind of worries and enhance the cleansing process
- During the day our bodyworkers will treat you with the magical touch of the healing Ka Huna Bodywork. At times one or more bodyworkers will be massaging you to assist further depth to the treatments
- HEALTHY juices, snacks and smoothies or soups will be served during the day
- The lecture will be about Huna philosophy. How to relate this to your everyday life and how you can use this to balance your body, mind and spirit
- It is a time for relaxation and fun (laughter therapy)

The Venue: High Spirit Retreat
High Spirits Retreat sits on a hill in the subtropical Noosa hinterland surrounded by the rolling hills of Kin Kin countryside. High Spirits Retreat offers a heated saltwater pool, spa, and sauna. There is plenty of room for nature walks, adventures, and deep healing in this subtropical location.
All buildings have large verandas and space for quiet moments. It has a beautiful atmosphere and is just perfect for spending time together.
Apart from the healing and peaceful energy that envelops the place, you will be nurtured with beautiful fresh vegetarian meals made with love.
