Jorgen’s Life Celebration - “Love Never Ends” - 20-22 November 2026
This is our weekend to remember Jorgen, to be held on 20-22 November 2026 at High Spirits.
The first day (Fri, 20 Nov) will mark a celebration of his life starting at 9am with a massive live performance by Dayweran on their World Tour, his godsons with whom he shared a love of music.
The 20th is a PUBLIC FREE FESTIVAL EVENT.
On 21-22 Nov weekend, High Spirits will continue the Life Celebration Festival through an “Ohana Stay”.
There will be contributions from our beautiful Ohana, including Day We Ran, the godsons of Jorgen and Mette, Lindsey Pollak, Mungo, Gavin, Fran & Gus, Mette & Team, Dawn, Adam, Nemara, Aaron Walker, Dan Williams and others.

Ohana Stays at High Spirits Hotel for 3 nights $495 (includes day pass for Saturday/Sunday events and meals at High Spirits). SOLD OUT!
Camping for 3 nights $295 (includes day pass for Saturday/Sunday events, meals not included). Your booking is for one tent/vehicle to camp on the land (no coupon code needed). Each additional person must purchase a day pass.

A little of what’s planned...
Thursday 19th — Ohana Stays Dorm & Campers arrival
Arrive, settle in and reconnect. There will be Sauna, welcome gathering, dinner, chai and a gentle evening together.
Friday 20th — Jorgen’s Ashes Are Spread (PUBLIC FREE FESTIVAL EVENT)
Our main gathering day. 9am Dayweran, gathering for ceremony and spreading of the ashes, music, stories, speeches, sound healing, dancing!!!!!!!!!! There will be a food truck on site.
Saturday 21st — Connection & Celebration (DAY PASS EVENT)
Morning movement, workshops, healing and massage swaps, gratitude, music, pictures, songs, dinner and a bonfire!!!!!!!!!! There will be meals included for those staying in the dorm rooms as an Ohana Stay.
Sunday 22nd — Living Forward (DAY PASS EVENT continued)
Final workshops, sharing, intentions and wishes for the next chapter, finishing with a simple closing ceremony. There will be breakfast and lunch included for those staying in the dorm rooms as an Ohana Stay.

Venue
High Spirits Retreat, Kin Kin, QLD – a private subtropical part of Country, featuring a saltwater pool, sauna, and breathtaking views across the Noosa hinterland. We acknowledge the Kabi Kabi as custodians of Country. The Land continues to be our collective School.
Nourishment
On Friday there will be a food truck on site for the Friday Public Event.
For those booking a bed in the dorm for the Ohana Stay, there will be light, healthy breakfasts, lunches, and dinners provided (not included with camping as we don’t know how many to cater for)!
What to bring?
For the Friday Public Event, definitely bring your Jorgen table as we would like to have a table drumming circle to honour him and a mass table blessing!
And we’d love everyone who comes to bring something that represents the person they are honouring and remembering.
It might be a photo, favourite object, letter, piece of music, recipe, something from nature or simply a story.
There is no right or wrong thing to bring.
Just something that carries a little of their love.
