Cleansing and nourishing vegetarian food (organic where possible) is provided to assist your trining and healing process. Because we will be having daily exercise and massage your may experience symptoms of detoxing and cleansing. Therefore, to help open up your body, mind and soul and to avoid headaches and heavy detoxing you will need to prepare yourself for this special retreat.
Please eath lot of the following:
- Fruit
- Rice
- Vegetables (raw or cooked)
- Natural herbal teas
- Drink a lot of water with lemon in it
Cut down/out the following:
- Tea
- Meat
- Coffee
- White Bread
- Alcohol
- White sugar
- Smokes
- Salt
