Below you will find a list of what to bring to the course:
For yourself:
- A favorite poem, song, instrument or something creative for the welcome ceremony
- Loose comfortable clothingĀ
- Exercise clothes (tracksuits, shorts, singlets etc) for morning yoga and walks
- Pillow, sheets, sleeping bag or blanket or hire bedding from us HereĀ
- Bath towels and beach towel
- Toothbrush, soap etc.
- Swimmers
- Sunglasses, sunscreen and hat
- Walking shoes
- Water bottle
For the massage:
- Head/sweat band
- Pen and paper for personal notes
- Sleeveless t-shirts/singlet tops, shorts, bike pants and sarongs (if in stock MI massage singlets can be purchased on course)
- 2 hand towels
- 2-4 sarongs for draping
- 2 single bed sheets (old ones) to cover the massage table (king single size is best if you can find them)
- Your body, mind, soul and smiles
